With worsening staffing conditions, midwives are being driven out of the NHS for fear they can't deliver safety and care for their patients in the current system. I wanted to create a series highlighting the pressure the maternity sector faces and celebrate all the tenacity and strength the staff persevere with daily to help us, the public.
